Find Free Photos for Your Blog
Open Clip Art Library offers public domain images. Everystockphoto.com searches Flickr for free/CC photos.
Yotophoto is a search engine for free-use photographs. Some of the images are public domain and others have generous Creative Commons licensing. Nearly all these photographs are free for personal and commercial use with minimal restrictions. The photo collection is still relatively small but it is growing fast.
